Haiku : Age.






   You are as old 
    as you think
Age is just a number.

 Age is just a number
a boy and his granny
  play hide 'n' seek.

 Play hide 'n' seek
black heavy clouds
behind mountains.

 --------------------------

Love is eternal
Taj Mahal stands
the test of time.

 --------------------------

 Salt 'n' pepper crown
She dyes her hair
hides her age.

    Wow! That was indeed a wonderful set of haiku! The last stanza made me smile! "Salt "n" pepper crown." That was just too good!

    Granny playing hide 'n seek really takes a toll on her I'm sure!! :) Age I think is read on the face and skin and no amount of dying can hide that!! Just salt 'n pepper is great!!

      Nanka, premature greying is so common. Ladies as young as 30 are using hair-dye. Thanks for visiting my post.

      Yes the black heavy clouds cannot hold the rain for long and its a matter of time that they have to become lighter.

      Panchaliji, My crown has started to change colour but I have still not resorted to artificial means. but how long I too do not have an answer. Only time will tell.
