Nipped Dreams

This weekend we're asking for 30 of your own words plus the three following words for a total of 33 words.  
Tether Loft Crown


Sprinting for fitness, her body was crushed badly between the wall and the

 heavy vehicle and her life was tether-ing on the brink, her loft-ty dreams of 

 the beauty pageant crown faded away.

      Afshan , When I started to blog , I used to read others works and learn and was astonished to see some works written in 100 , 55 and 33 words. I started with 100 words and have now graduated to 33 words. Thanks for the appreciation.

    When I saw "loft", I couldn't get "lofty" out of my head. I like how you pulled it off here!

      Thank you JannaTWrites. In this short story of mine the word 'loft' could be used effectively , so I had to tweak it a bit.
