Sad release.

                 Three Line Tales, Week 88

three line tales week 88: dip pen and ink because it's Inktober, innit

The waves in the ocean of her mind had gradually formed into a raging tempest lashing fiercely onto the shore of her face which reflected in the crystal clear myriad emotions as the colours splashed on canvas.

The wooden pen-holder moved to expose its lifeless contents as she picked it up to pour her inner turmoil on the blank sheets to release the farrago of discontent, doubts and sorrow.

The golden nib stubbornly refused to co-operate with the stimulus given by the brain to transfer the anguish from her senses to her diary which kept invading her whole being and subsequently her hands took refuge in the noose.

Silver was the colour of the day, for the two decades and half had just flown by, for the

passionate couple who seemed to have walked down the aisle, just yesterday.

The bash was the talk of the town and the tabloids splashed the gloss as the celestial

beings above, looked down at the celebrity, glitterati and literati assembled at the

venue, decked in their finest attires and huge smiles.

After acknowledging the wishes from all, the couple flew to the Caribbean Island and

made their way into the two different cottages readied for them, as per the guest's

instructions.

Vision

Jennifer loved the crisp paper as she touched it and folded it perfectly from one corner to another, pressing it with her thumb nail, transforming a sheet of paper into a melange of shapes and sizes inviting admiring appreciation for all and sundry.

The apotheosis of her talent was when a Children's Magazine published her poetry and there was no looking back when she delivered a lecture to motivate under-privileged school-kids.

Her parents and her sibling were the pillars of support and they made up for her lack of sight.

Amanpreet-Singh donned the apron and chef's cap to bake tandoori rotis , a culinary art

that required dexterous hands accompanied by a lightening swift mind that was passed

on from his grandmother as a legacy.

His nocturnal work in an up-scale restaurant,The Tandoor Grill, was compensated

handsomely by the patrons of gastronomical connoisseurs and thus kept his home fires

burning.

After a quick forty winks he heeded straight to where his passion and burning desire to

excel lay ; Sir J.J.School of Arts, Mumbai.
