TRILOGY: RIPPLES





                       

                         Held him close
                  Ripples in the right breast.
                        Baby suckles milk.                                                                                          



                                                            A leaf falls                                  
                                                         creating ripples
                                                    Disturbing my reflection.

                         
                                                                                               
                                                                                                 
                                                                                         
     
                                                                                                      On parched barren land.
                                                                                                           Rain drops ripple      
                                           A blade of grass spurts.

    nursed two babies far longer than most. Nursing time was the most tanquil, peaceful time for me.
